Basin Harbor supplies on and off-site housing for seasonal staff.
We can accomodate up to approximately 130
employees in our housing units. However, employee housing is reserved for employes
who live outside the local area.
If you reside within thirty (30) miles of the resort you will not be eligible
for housing. You also must be at
least 18 years of age to live in any housing units. Our rooms range in size
from singles to
rooms housing four people.
Most of the accommodations are dorms, with some cottage style
housing available on property.
Basin Harbor offers male/female rooms as well as coed living arrangements. A
motel located about
10 miles from Basin Harbor, is also available for staff that own cars.

We have resident assistants for all our housing units. They
are available to address your housing needs and enforce
the Basin Harbor Housing Agreement. The resident assistant will also act as
a liaison between employee and
the Human Resource Department to ensure employee concerns are heard and acted
on.
All employees are responsible for a $100 housing deposit, which
will be refunded at the end of the season if
rooms are found to be in satisfactory condition at final inspection. A fee of
$60 per week to cover the expense
of food will be deducted from the employee's paycheck. If an employee successfully
fulfills their required commitment
$10.00 per week will be refunded at the end of the season.
