Basin Harbor Club employs approximately 300 seasonal employees each year and approximately 30 year round employees. We are proud to welcome back our seasonal employees again and again, proving that BHC is indeed one the of the best summer jobs you could have.
Basin Harbor Club recently ranked 6th out of the Top Ten Best Places to Work in Vermont. This first annual program was created by Vermont Business Magazine, the Vermont State Chamber, the Vermont Department of Labor, the Society for Human Resource Management-Vermont State Council, the Vermont Department of Economic Development, Best Companies Group and sponsored by HMC Advertising.
This survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Vermont, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. The Best Places to Work in Vermont program is made up of 10 small/medium-sized companies (15-99 employees) and 4 large-sized companies (more than 100 employees). Basin Harbor Club has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Vermont in the (small/medium or large) category.
